Using state-of-the-art CNC milling machinery at our Italian facility Iltar-Italbox, we can produce high-quality prototypes within days, before the mould construction.
These prototypes allow clients to assess part geometries, weight, and dimensions, facilitating necessary adjustments for improved product functionality before mould construction. Rapid prototyping is implemented across all sectors, including automotive, HVAC, and industrial packaging.

At the Italian plant of Iltar-Italbox, we manufacture full aluminum moulds to meet the Group’s internal mouding requirements. We’re capable of designing complete moulds and mould components using specific drawing software that communicates with CNC milling machines. Our production times are quick, and all necessary adjustments for mould usage in production are included in the construction cost.
