We independently design or co-design, develop, and manufacture components and parts for the Automotive market in Expanded Polypropylene (EPP).

As a group, we’ve been collaborating with major global car manufacturers for several years.
Front bumper absorbers, cargo boxes, tool boxes, absorbers for interiors headrest, under-seats, door shock absorption panels, battery shelter elements, security parts co-moulded with plastic and metal elements, parts with esthetic coating are some of the standard products for the automotive sector manufactured in the Tiszaujvaros plant.
This facility boasts extensive production capacity, ensuring we can meet OEMs’ and TIER1s’ demands in terms of quantity, quality, and logistical service.

We are committed to sustainability in the automotive supply chain, using recycled raw materials with a guaranteed 30% recycled content.

The properties of Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) make it ideal for delivering exceptional performance in the HVAC and air treatment sector.

When applied to the design of HVAC “shell”, EPP offers several advantages:

  • Minimizing the weight of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) devices: this ensures easy installation, improving installation efficiency.
  • Improving the management of wiring and the insertion of various functional components within the EPP “shell” through convenient fittings and sub-frames moulded into the expanded material.

Moreover, utilizing expanded polypropylene in HVAC production:

  • Greatly reduces external noise generated by the devices contained within (such as motors, compressors, and fans).
  • Enhances thermal management by providing effective insulation
  • Ensures hygiene, washability, and resistance to aging.
  • Facilitates environmental sustainability by reducing material weight and overall carbon footprint compared to traditional technologies.

Packaging

Designing reusable containers in expanded polypropylene is deeply ingrained in the DNA of our product designers and developers.

We excel in optimizing the containment of components within trays, boxes, and even packaging systems made of expanded polypropylene by carefully balancing space and moulding density selection.

The internal structure of our containers is meticulously crafted to ensure the secure transportation of components. Within our reusable and recyclable EPP containment systems, components are safeguarded during transit while maintaining solidity and robustness throughout their lifecycle.

Our packaging complies with the PACKAGING DIRECTIVE 94/62/EC and is manufactured following specific standards (UNI EN 13429) governing the requirements for reusable packaging.

We use recycled material in our production, with percentages exceeding 30%, ensuring reuse and the possibility of new recycling at the end of life.

All our containers, when introduced to the market, comply with regulations regarding environmental labeling (Legislative Decree 116/2020).

In our design approach, we are dedicated to aligning with the objectives of the new European regulation PPWR (Proposal Packaging and Packaging Waste), striving to minimize the environmental impact of our packaging and containment systems on our customers’ carbon footprint.
